Players often reach a point where their improvement doesn't always come in big strides. Instead, it comes from a bunch of little things that add up. And usually, those little things take a little focus. For instance, improving your cardiovascular fitness by just a little, or doing a few exercises to strengthen a nagging injury, or getting contacts or glasses that help you see the ball better. Do you drink enough water before, during and after you play? How's your sleep? Start looking for little things that can add up. You'll be surprised and encouraged when your game improves. And even better, your health improves, too.
